  Flowers by Chuck saved the day. They were able to deliver flowers last minute. I asked them to use their judgement and my stepson loves it. Thank so much for your help and prompt service.

  I cannot express my disappointment with this place. I ordered flowers & Chocolate for my mom to be sent to her job. The flowers arrived but the chocolate didn’t. The flowers were not what was advertised & they looked like they were dying. I called to complain and asked for a refund. Chuck called my mom and asked for the flowers back; he said he would pick them up at my mom’s job! He was very rude to my mother. Why would he call my mom?! She was the recipient! So unprofessional. I called Chuck back and was given attitude! Like ok you forget my chocolate, the flowers suck, and I’m not allowed to be upset?
  I returned the flowers myself! Will never order from here again nor I recommend it. Take your money elsewhere!
