  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE POST OFFICE. We put a change of address in to this post office a month and a half ago, and we still have not received our mail. I contacted them 2x, and the first time the employee I spoke to went to search for our mail and found some. He said he was holding my brand new credit card envelope in his hand, and I would receive it in a week. That was over a month ago. The credit card company called me back and said they have it now. I followed up and spoke with Ellen and she said she would get this rectified and call me back by the next day, and I still haven't heard from her. That was a couple of weeks ago. These people are clueless idiots.
